Supporting reflective practice

One area we're increasingly interested in is how insight can support reflective practice. Rather than simply measuring satisfaction, we're trying to understand what people's experiences tell us about relationships, trust, communication, power, confidence and behaviour, and how that learning can be used by teams to improve care.
